This notice explains the current website and project-request handling approach. It must be reviewed and completed with Kiwi's registered business details, jurisdiction, and approved retention schedule before public launch.
What we collect
When you choose to submit a project request, the form asks for your name, email address, company or product context, work type, project situation, timing, and an optional investment range.
Why we use it
We use the information to understand your request, decide whether a relevant conversation is possible, and reply to the contact method you provide. We do not use the request form to collect payment information.
Third-party processing
The project request is provided by Typeform. Typeform receives the information you submit through that form under its own terms and privacy practices. The embedded form is not loaded until you allow its cookies; you may open it in a separate tab instead.
Retention and requests
Retention periods, the data controller, legal basis, and registered business details must be confirmed by Kiwi before launch. Until then, do not submit sensitive, regulated, or confidential information through the request form.
