Acceptable use Draft for legal review
Use the request route with care.
This page sets basic boundaries for website and project-request use. It should be reviewed with the final terms of service before launch.
Do not misuse the site
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape at scale, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Project-request content
Only submit information you are authorised to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, protected health information, government identifiers, trade secrets, or other sensitive data through the project request.
Respectful communication
Requests must be lawful, accurate, and respectful. Kiwi may decline or not respond to requests that are abusive, deceptive, outside its service scope, or unsafe to handle.
Security concerns
Do not use the project request to report a security vulnerability. A verified security contact and disclosure process must be published before launch if Kiwi invites security research.
